Dealing with life in the time of COVID-19 has been difficult for many people.  The loss of a job or loved one is devastating.  Not all people have the skills to cope with the stress, anxiety and depression .  We just keep moving forward and ignore the signs of stress, anxiety and depression like others and try to deal with it but find, nothing is getting better.  It can be helpful to talk to someone and get their perspective on things.  It can also be helpful just to have someone there to “Listen”.
