Mental Health IOP — Caring Counseling For You
Now Enrolling
North Windham, Maine  ·  Caring Counseling For You

A place to experience healing.

The Caring Counseling for You Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program offers structured, evidence-based group therapy three days a week — designed for people who are ready to build skills, find support, and move forward.

Presence Over Processing.

Our approach is grounded in our principle of Presence Over Processing — somatic, body-based tools and cutting-edge therapeutic skills that create real, felt change rather than endless cycles of re-examination.

Sessions draw from Trauma-Informed ACT, CBT/DBT, Mindful Awareness Skills, and Predictive Processing Flash Therapy. We also offer XRegulation by Neuroprogeny — the first-ever VR immersive neurofeedback system, which uses virtual reality to help your nervous system learn to regulate itself in real time. Rather than just talking about calm, you experience it — and your brain begins to build new pathways from the inside out.

Our Mental Health IOP meets three mornings a week in a small group setting at our North Windham office, with hiking trails nearby. It's a structured middle ground between weekly therapy and inpatient care — for people who are ready for something more, in a space that meets them where they are.

Trauma-Informed ACT Acceptance & Commitment Therapy grounded in trauma awareness

CBT / DBT Skills Cognitive and dialectical behavioral frameworks

Mindful Awareness Skills Somatic presence and grounding practices

Predictive Processing Flash Therapy Cutting-edge trauma resolution
