Brianna Meister is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has worked in this field for 9 years. Brianna primarily works with older Adolescents, Adults and Elders on issues such as self-esteem, mood disorders, anxiety and managing stress, and serious mental health issues. She uses a variety of approaches to fit individual client needs, primarily person-centered therapy, strength and solution based as well as CBT.
Phyllis Warchol, I am a Licensed Drug Alcohol Counselor, Mental Health Rehab. Tech. Community, Certified Clinical Supervisor. I have worked in the field for 25 years. Most of my work has been with individuals 18 yrs. and older. I have worked in women treatment programs, men’s halfway houses, detoxes and with people in their homes. My approach is relational, motivational interviewing and CBT.
In group meetings there may be focused discussions, handouts, readings, or teachings in the form of small lectures. Such additional aids in learning about oneself and others can be extremely helpful, if you give it your full effort.
